iworkit is an internal work application for Arrow Stride Group. This notice explains the information used by its Google sign-in and employee workspace.

Google sign-in

When you choose Continue with Google, Google provides your account identifier, verified email address, and basic profile. iworkit uses your identifier, email, and name to authenticate you, match you to an approved employee account, and create a signed-in session. Google may include a profile picture, but iworkit does not store or use it. iworkit does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google files and messages.

Work information

Depending on the features you use, iworkit stores tasks, notes, messages, time entries, leave requests, payroll records, and employee details submitted during onboarding, including documents you upload. Team notes may be available to other authorized staff for task reference. Payroll and employee identity documents are limited to users with the relevant HR permissions.

Access and use

Arrow Stride uses this information to operate its workspace, assign work, track time, manage employee records, and prepare payroll. Management can see company work records, Team Leads can see their teams, and Team members can see their own work, subject to shared task-reference notes. HR and payroll records require an additional Admin/HR permission.

Storage and questions

iworkit stores workspace records and uploaded files in its hosted application storage. Google sign-in data is not used for advertising. For questions about your records, correction, or a deletion request, contact hello@arrowstride.com.
